Lovely wool runner and landing carpet. We're very happy with it. Looks and feels great. We have the same carpet already on the kitchen stairs, it's very good quality. No hesitation in recommending direct carpets.

Recently had my second carpet supplied and fitted by Direct Carpet Co. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent service from start to finish. Had a runner made with some left over carpet which is absolutely perfect. One of the things I love is their high standard of customer service besides the quality of product and workmanship. Had some carpets made for our motorhome from templates we provided. Perfect fit and whipped. Look better than brand new ones out of the factory!Today had sitting room carpet fitted. Great, very pleased with it and the fitter, Wayne Smith, has done a great job too. Left information pack about after care, including stating if any spare carpet left over, the first one can be made in to a mat free of charge! Certainly recommend this company, who knows, may be slightly more expensive than the big multinationals, but would you get such a quick delivery and fitting service....doubt it! Absolutely fantastic service here. Kyle has loads of patience and really helpful when I was making a carpet choice. Fitters were quick and efficient. Also needed 2 doors trimming after fitting which Kyle did perfectly. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use again.

Hall, staircase and upper landing carpeted for second time in twenty years at this address. Used Direct Carpet Co, Brighouse for the fourty years we have lived in our five HD6 homes'. Once again excellent before and after service this time by the fairly new proprietors Kyle and Dan. Highly recommended.

We’ve just replaced the landings and stair carpets and used Direct Carpets for the 1st time Very friendly and helpful initially in the shop. Courteous estimate appointment with the extra bonus of suggesting replacement screws for the carpet brass plates so even the older ones look newer.Fitters were courteous, tidy and hard working.
